Annual protection

Stay ahead of it, year-round.

Most pest problems on the Gold Coast are seasonal and recurring. The humidity, the warmth and the coastal bushland push pressure up every year. A one-off treatment fixes it once; a protection plan keeps it fixed. Scheduled treatments, free re-services if they come back, and the documented history your insurer and your eventual buyer will want to see.

How it works

What happens after you sign up.

  1. 1

    Initial inspection + treatment

We inspect your home inside and out, identify every pest pressure, and do a full treatment on day one. You walk away with a written report, the products named, and the warranty set.

  2. 2

    Scheduled return visits

We come back on the schedule your plan sets, quarterly for the Home Protection and annually for the Total Home + Termite, so seasonal pressure never gets ahead of you.

  3. 3

    Free re-services between visits

If a treated pest shows up between scheduled visits, we come back and re-treat at no extra charge. No waiting for the next quarter, no being told to call back later.

  4. 4

    Records kept on file

Every visit is documented with a service report. If you sell the house, the full history is there. If your insurer asks, the records exist.

Why a plan makes sense on the coast

The Gold Coast pushes pest pressure up, year-round.

Humidity + warmth

The subtropical coast breeds cockroaches, ants and spiders year-round. A single treatment buys six to twelve months; a quarterly cadence stays ahead of the cycle.

Termite risk

South-east Queensland is a high-risk termite zone, and your home insurance almost certainly excludes the damage. An annual inspection is the cheapest real protection you can buy.

Resale value

A documented pest-management history with dated reports is a genuine selling point. Buyers and conveyancers ask for it, and a plan creates it automatically.

Questions about plans

Common questions, straight answers.

Is there a lock-in contract?
No. You can cancel at any time. We earn the continuation by doing a good job, not by locking you in. Most people stay because quarterly coverage genuinely keeps the pressure down in coastal conditions.
What if pests come back between visits?
That is what the free re-service is for. If a treated pest appears between your scheduled visits, call us and we come back at no extra charge. The re-service trigger is on your report. It is the same warranty mechanic as our one-off treatments, just continuous.
How is this different from just booking a one-off treatment each year?
Frequency and continuity. Coastal humidity and warm seasons push pest pressure up year-round. A quarterly cadence stays ahead of it rather than waiting for a reinfestation. You also get priority booking, free re-services, and a documented treatment history, none of which a series of one-offs provides.
Do I still need a separate termite inspection?
Only if you choose the Home Protection Plan (general pests only). The Total Home + Termite plan includes an annual termite inspection to AS 4349.3 and a discount on any barrier work, so the termite side is covered.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Move between plans at any time. If you start with the general protection and decide you want the termite cover added, we upgrade you at the next visit.
Is this worth it for a new home?
Especially for a new home. New builds attract termites (disturbed soil, fresh timber, construction moisture) and the builder's warranty has specific exclusions. Starting a protection plan early establishes the documented history your insurer and your eventual buyer will want to see.
